I was once told that research can be a means of furthering social justice causes and this lens had a profound impact on the way I conduct myself in the lab. I've always been drawn to the motive of improving peoples' health and through previous research, I have understood the extent at which nanomaterials can contribute to this. I want to continue developing my breadth of knowledge in advanced materials in hopes of solving the unmet needs of our communities. At the Abramson Lab, I hope to develop unique solutions to various issues in the healthcare workflow to improve the quality of care delivered to patients.
